HAMTRAMCK, Mich. (FOX 2) - Three months after hitting and killing a 3-year-old child in Hamtramck, a bus driver is facing charges. Marvin Lee Flentroy, 64, of Pontiac, was driving a Hamtramck Public School bus when he turned at the intersection of Burger and MacKay streets on the afternoon of July 16.

A school bus driver has been charged in a fatal accident that killed a 3-year-old girl, Michigan prosecutors said. The toddler was crossing the street at an intersection in Hamtramck on July 16 when the 64-year-old bus driver made a turn and struck her, the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office said in a news release Oct. 18.
