A preliminary autopsy report revealed Thursday that Liam Payne, the former One Direction singer who fell from his hotel balcony in Buenos Aires, died “from multiple traumas and internal and external bleeding.”

Liam Payne ‘s cause of death has been revealed as of “multiple trauma” and “internal and external hemorrhage.” The findings were released by the National Criminal and Correctional Prosecutor’s Office in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where the former One Direction member died on Oct. 16 after reportedly falling from a hotel balcony.
