Second suspect accused of posing as DTE worker charged in murder of Rochester Hills man
ROCHESTER HILLS, MI -- A second suspect in the murder of Hussein Murray is expected to be arraigned Friday on charges of murder and unlawful imprisonment. According to the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office, Joshua Zuazo, 39, of Dearborn, will appear in court around 1:15 p.m. for his arraignment, four days after he was arrested in Plymouth.
