The owner of a popular chain of Indian restaurants which are often dubbed ‘the king of curry’ has died aged 56.

Shabir Hussain founded the first Akbar's in Bradford in 1995 and the group now has 10 restaurants across the north of England and Midlands - the chain was known as the 'King of Curry'
